Some predatory companies operate quite successfully without ever having to create a strategy.
They simply copy the strategy of a competitor. Others prefer to create their own, unique business strategy.
The challenge of developing a clear, sustainable strategy depends upon having a reliable process, conducting time-consuming and expensive
research and gaining employee alignment -- all difficult to do. Imagine yourself as CEO of a real company of your choosing.
Would you lead your company with a strategy or as a predatory company without a strategy? Why did you make that choice?
